Icc Immigration Coimbatore — Cheated by offering dubai work visa

They offered my son dubai work visa and we paid Rs. 40000 . Now it's been more than one year they are not responding.. We didn't get visa.. Or they didn't refund the money... Mr. Kishore cheated us.
