The above mentioned consaltancy is not stick with the promises what they gave. The terrible thing is I started the process 2yrs back approximately still i haven't got any response from them. They give fake promises they chase for the money but they don't process this on time. Initially Mr. Kishore and Dhiya said the process will get completed maximum with in 6 months of duration if that exceeds also not more than 8 months. Initially they said we are processing for the Lithuanian visa we trusted them blindly and especially this kishore and Dhiya speaks like that after 45 days we started calling dhiya she haven't picked the call we still she haven't responded yet later Mr. Kishore said that she left to Dubai for the Expo and dhiya was our point of contact. We started following up with kishore every week there is no response there is no response after some days he didn't even pick the phone call. Later we just fought with him then he said there is some issue in Lithuania visa it is also processing you can apply for poland. We said we not interested but still he tried forcing us to do then we said him then he said okay just leave it. After some days he called and said Lithuania is taking time i will apply for Hungary then we said yes again he was saying it's going good going good after 6 months he is coming back and saying Hungary has some problem because of war. I will process Czech republic then again he took another 45 to 60 days we got a permit letter copy yet another biggest twist is we won't be able to get the dates so easily. Then he said you need to pay your balance we paid again he came back and said since dates are not available if we need to get we need to pay money for getting dates then again we said okay after some days he came back again and said we have a TRC process we can get this done but this TRC was big story that fellow didn't even complete that entire thing again dates are unavailable our PCC also expired. That day we had a big qural with him then he said his Lithuania employer didn't trun back there is not response. For Hungary he haven't applied it at all but we were waiting like a stupid for more than 6 months then recently he came up with Estonia process he said with in 20 days i will get the offer and in the next 10 days all will be done this one also haven't happened yet the offer was given after 30+ days. Initially he was keep saying you are the first batch for me to send Estonia because i am doing Estonia for the first time later he came and said after going Estonia you guys need to move to Poland. Once after the days passes he said we are not able to get embassy date as embassy is busy in auditing. When we ask him we don't process visa you need to get the date but i am taking that responsibility. If you doubt me you try it you will not get date. Kishore = Millions or lier in one fellow ICC IMMIGRATION = founded to cheat people and say some reason. My biggest question is they need to follow up us since we are the client here I need to follow up with him and I need beg him he speaks kind of rude hey what i am doing such a way till getting money they follow up for 1000 times a days after getting money they don't follow up every i need to beg him this is the first time in my life i experience this giving money and begging. It is very easy for me change the number and escape from this and i can go just like that but i didn't do that. The fact is then will make us to say enough of processing i am quitting i don't need Money they need this to be said that's the motto of the ICC immigration if i see the founder and CEO of the company I will literally ask him don't he feel shame on himself. Okay i missed a very big important point this ICC immigration office is closed and they don't have office now but they haven't informed any one once after going directly to that location kishore will say i am sorry i forgot how careless they are. We are been waiting for 2 years the salary package is 650euros and the job is warehouse worker this is a labour category but Mr. Kishore oppose this it comes under the blue collar. as per the alien law for the Estonia 1548Euro without taxes for your reference i am mentioning the law which i got from Estonian government agency.
§ 107. Requirements set to remuneration to be paid

(1) An employer is obliged to pay an alien whose short-term employment in Estonia has been registered a remuneration in the amount equal to at least the annual average gross monthly salary last published by Statistics Estonia.

When i say to him he is saying that's not a problem our lawyer will take care of everything and they will help you to get visa. How come this is possible i don't understand this he is saying previously I sent everyone with this salary. Did you notice that he said you are the first batch in the earlier conversation now it's completely upside down speaking as if he sent many people many times. There is no truth from their side and everything is fake and they do this very professional way. I am into project management and my friend is in to quality it's a completely ID but he is getting job for labour. I am completely frustrated with do help me to get my entire money back.
