[Resolved] ICFAI University — student record department unresponsive | |||
I am alumni of icfai university and currently not in india. I am in need o[censored]niversity transcripts verification. I have completed all requirements and submitted fees. Student record department is not at all responsive over email or phone. Highly unprofessional behavior from reputed organization. From what am reading in blogs and other complaints, lot of students are facing this issue. Help to get some traction. Was this information helpful? | |||
Feb 4, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Student record department had posted the transcripts 2 days before however had not updated status. Now after additional follow up they updated status. ICFAI University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
