Icms Lic — maturity payment not received

Hello,
I have been a lic customer from 20 years. I would like to bring in notice that the maturity payment for a policy has not been received by me.
Details -
Policy no[protected]
Maturity date - 28 march 2019
Branch - supaul, 852131 bihar

All the documents related to the policy has been submitted too the branch office.
After having several visits to the branch, issue has not been resolved.

I would like to further bring in focus that the local authorities in the branch are unable to resolve my query.

Kindly resolve the issue and please let me know about the solution.
