Icms Lic — Non-receipt of Claim Amount-LIC Policy No.[protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with reference to Policy No.[protected], held by my late husband, Dr. Shankar Gouda Ireddy.
We unfortunately lost him on[protected]. After completing all the required formalities and rituals, we submitted the claim application on[protected]Inward No. 4161, Reference No.[protected]. However, to date, we have neither received the claim amount nor any update regarding the current status of the claim.
Through this email/ complain, I would like to formally register a complaint and request an immediate update on the status of the claim, along with early settlement of the assured amount as per the policy terms.
We are already going through an extremely difficult time due to this loss. The continued delay and lack of communication are adding to our distress. I sincerely request your prompt response and necessary action at the earliest.
