Idbi Bank Punjabi Bagh Delhi — ppf interest for fy 2017-18 not recd till date

We had TWO PPF accounts in IDBI Punjabi Bagh, New Delhi - 1. 248PPF[protected] and 2. 248PPF[protected]. We got it transferred to Union Bank Of India Punjabi Bagh. The accounts have been transferred but without interest. Now we are getting late in filing our returns due to delay of IDBI Bank poor services which they are doing deliberately. As per rules PPF interest will be borne by the transferring bank but IDBI is saying it will be given by transferee bank. Although many complaints have been made but no result.
