Alisha from IDFC bank has ensured no one calls from collection department from today, However I am still receiving calls after your assurance, this is very irritating and emotional pain.
1.I have already update customer care : Spoke to shiv Prakash and ensured no one wiil call me.
2.Spoke to Lekha from collection department Yesterday.
3.Send couple of emails to [protected]@idfcbank.com will all the details.
4.Updated my number in the online form with details to not to call me.
5.Spoke to Alisha from IDFC and she has assured me of not calling by collection but after her call i got 25 calls speaking in abusive language.
Please some one act on this and stop calling me, this is such unprofessional way. Was this information helpful? |
