IDFC Bank — extra charges

Opened current account with idfc residency road bangalore branch 1year ago i applied for edc after 20days i received but since 1st problem in transactions so i made complaint after 15 to 20days engineer came he told bank server problem is there ok after i requested through email to surrender the edc after 3month they came and taken back edc after i got letter from idfc that your out standing is 872 i called cc they told we are rectifying problem and we will reverse the amount after 2 month again some gentleman came for collection that time amount was 1870 and again i got call today now they are telling it is 1970 so i told them to send me all details but they are not ready to give all detailes what they charged and why they charged with no fault of mine.
