IDFC Bank — Fastag account

I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle UP32CV0010 My fast tag account user got expired, i am not able to login to my account and the error message appears as user got expired . My ID is kbsharma
I am also in touch with their help line no.[protected] and making mails since three days, but all is vain even sending mails are not the suitably replied.
