IDFC Bank — IDFC Fas tag | |
Hi, We were travailing from Karnataka to Gujrat and on the Karnatka toll plaza we were approached by IDFC bank fast tag representative to buy the CAR fas tag . We bought the fas tag and paid the amount . We are using I20 Active car (KS53ME3157). The fas tag sold to us was for heavy vehicle and that we came to know once we noticed we are getting charged double the amount every time . Then we called the NHAI service and he suggested to call IDFC fas tag care . We called them and they accepted that this was the mistake and suggested us to close the fas tag so that there will not be be any extra deduction . We requested them close by sending the email and asked for three things 1. Refund the complete amount to us whatever we paid using IDFC bank fas tag 2. Need explanation of why they have not validated before starting the fas tag that issued fas tag was for not the vehicle that we use . 3. Apology letter that this will not happen again . The Purchase was done on 10th July'21 Support Service req- SR[protected] But they have not refunded my complete amount just refunded 70 rs which was closing balance and no explanation . I have send more than 30 emails and explained this to IDFC fas tag customer care but they have not taken any notice . I feel harassed so request the forum to please take action on this .
