IDFC Bank — Regarding EMI FROM FLIPKART

My name is Amal Mohan.Before few months i use Flipkart emi option for purchasing products from Flipkart and I pay the complete amount and interest as emi.but now I checked the CIBIL report it showing 138 rs balance to pay and it showing loan status is active and I tried with Flipkart services they are telling there is no amount is pending with my account, so they closed my loan account.Customer care executive is saying that please contact with idfc bank and inform them.Already i send the entire details to idfc bank customer service, but Idfc bank team is saying that please collect noc from Flipkart services.Now the problem is this 138 rs affecting my cibil score.I am expecting a solution for this issue.
