IDFC Bank — Rs. 49510 blocked for no reason

It's been more than 4months now, an amount of Rs. 49510 are blocked in my IDFCFIRST BANK ACCOUNT. I visited the bank multiple times, called customer care, tried to contact cyber police as well. No body helped me how to get these funds unblocked. I tired of calling my bank manager. He says he too has no idea about it. Please help me how this issue can be resolved.
