Dear IDP Support,
I was booking computer delivered test dates for December month. Yesterday I was making payment and via UPI HDFC account and it displayed processing unsuccessful but amount of exam fee got deducted from my account. However I didn't received any email of my exam date got booked or not.
I am requesting you to please check my issue with earliest.
