IELTS — Amount debited but payment failed and no acknowledgement of it

We tried booking a slot for IELTS exam through the website and the payment of Rs 15, 500 has failed but the amount is debited. I called the customer care today and there was a blunt response that they cannot do anything about it and to contact after 10 working days. Seriously? No proper customer service. That executive (Ashish) said not to use UPI payments but why does the website show it as an option?

I asked for acknowledgement about it and he said they won't be able to do that. I have sent an email too.

Please process the refund asap.
