Hi I joined the organization (Ienergizer)in the month of may 2014 and left on 25 of March 2015 because I was referred to Hr saying that I was rude and was over talking with the customer on one call.I accepted to resign without getting any warning letter.When I met the Hr person he said that there is no need to resign as well as I will not get my salary and my resignation letter and also my experience letter because I was referred to the Hr.
