[Resolved]  Ifb Industries Customer Care — Ifb customer care on amc never cares

Sir/Madam.,

I have raised a compliant on non-working of my Digital washing machine IFB for past 10 days and badly I had went into an AMC agreement with IFB for 2 years and indeed I paid the amount and it was happened a month back before this issue. So all went well when technician attended the compliant, but not fixed he was more focusing on selling his products {filters, cleaning powders, etc., }
with that he said the issue can be fixed only if couple of parts changed, and said he will turn up with that parts. so far, he never turned up and seems he cancelled the compliant # as though customer we cancelled it. When I called back to customer care, they are not taking the feedback, after several times, I got the issue escalated to his manager "Mani" {Branch Manager - Chennai} and never picked his phone, luckily I was able to talk to him one time and he promised he would call back after talking with that technician "Rajesh" and he never turned up. In next 2 days I again called back to Mani no response/ not picking the phone. and then called back to customer care and told what had happened and got the next level of escalation "Muthu Lakshmi" and She promised me that she would be sending a person tomorrow, but the next day, as she promised no one from IFB called or turned up to the address. So I started calling Muthu Lakshmi/Mani several times and they are not ready to pick the phone.

Once again called back to the customer care and a lady took and she asked me to be on line and cut the line. Next call to customer care went to "Kundan" and told all this story and he re-booked my compliant and waiting for once again a normal process to happen.

What I learned from here is that there is no one in IFB takes the responsibility of fixing the issue, though product "may" good
when service center and people work in that company are accountable we should recommend and buy that product. But IFB is not fit for that. Again, never ever go for AMC... your money, time and energy it cost everything. You can opt for adhoc complaints and you may see a bit increase in bill amt, but it wont cost other.
