[Resolved]  Igate — Unable to get career portal account unblocked and also my mails are not reaching you it seems due to this

Respected sir/madam
for placement purpose i registered myself in your career portal. i was recruited by your company in September on campus. My account has been locked due to many unsuccessful login attempts. please help me in getting my account unlocked as soon as possible. i am able to receive emails from you regarding my placement to i am supposed to reply to but my reply is not reaching you it seems. i have sent many email to campus support and recruitment team asking help for getting it unblocked but there were no reply. now i have received a email from campus team asking asking my exam dates. i have replied them back the dates. but am afraid if my reply mail has actually reached you. since my previous mail didnt reach you and there were no reply. maybe this has something to do with my account being blocked. please kindly help in this regard. since it is related to my career
