[Resolved]  Ignou — No Confirmation for months, No discrepancies, Cancelled under supervision of Center, No Refund inspite

I have sent multiple appeals and request to confirm admission.
No responses. Keep waiting through end july and complete august.

Post such long haul, requested for cancellation. Which took additional two weeks. No refund for both courses been granted till date.

On sending emails to the Center. There responses were ' Not their concern'. Feels like lack of empathy or extortion by this esteemed organization. Very unexpected.

Request please guide how to resolve my grievance if they dont care to respond.
