A advertisement was on Facebook to become a retailer and get ID . I applied for the same then a agent of company call me to pay Rs.2990/- For the same and no other charges will be taken. When I haven’t paid amount then next day they message me and call me that under a scheme your ID will be activate with Rs.4010/- only. I paid the amount for ID but after paying the amount a call from another agent of the company from mobile no. [protected] told me that ID will activate only when you pay money for wallet and he say me to pay 5000/- for wallet and said this is your money and will be shown in your wallet and you can use it any time. When I paid Rs.5000/- then a call from another agent of the company with mobile no.[protected] said me that if you want to take micro ATM devices in free then you have to paid 2990/- more and all the amount 4010+2990+5000=12000 will be in your wallet for use. And you can use it any time. I paid Rs.2980/- more to company after that a call from another number for kyc and they dactivated my ID with a balance of refund amount only After all the process all the persons of company stop to pickup my phone. I tried too many times but anyone haven’t attend my phone. Then I call to customer care they say we can do anything in this matter. By this way company agents are making a fraud with the person like me. I want a justice The company says for the services that given to a ID holders are not activated and only making a advertisement for fraud

Updated by Bandari Naveen Kumar sir total amount not refund only 11000 giving balace 4000 not refund am total paid amount 15000 but there employe total amount not refund place total amount
