[Resolved]  IIHT — fraud case against gtb nagar

This is to inform that i have complaint against IIHT GTB NAGAR BRANCH DELHI for making me false commitment and misbehavior by Center Head Tarun Pilani . My counseling was attended by Mr. Deb Chateerji his mobile number is [protected] and he was a placement officer at Noida branch .I have took admission in ICCP Cloud at NOIDA Center in month of july 2013 and i have deposit RS 35000 there and due to some circumstance i have planned to move from noida center to Gtb nagar center in month of September and Mr. Deb said i have transfer your admission to GTB Nagar and you should pay left amont 550000 here .My Enrollment id at Noida Branch is NOD[protected] and Deb Enroll me at GTB Nagar with new Course in his ERP system i.e ICCA Cloud and said after your pay your fees rs 30000 here i have transfer to ICCP Cloud and i have written proof for this part. My Gtb Nagar Enrollment No is GTB[protected] and i have deposit here total 31000 and my total deposit money was deposited here Rs 35000+31000 is Rs66000 and they dont transfer me for the course and not provide me the books and said deposit more fees then they issue books for me.My commitment with Mr Deb is that i have to pay amount of Rs66000 and then i will transfer to ICCP Course But he left the Organization and Gtb Nagar branch head said you have deposit more money 15000 more besides 90000 and said we will stop your classes and my classes not running properly, i am in third module and there is no placement here and used abuse language and they show that they no written proof for the Transfer me ICCA to ICCP but i have a photostate copy for that . When i joined noida, i have enrolled for ICCP by MR Deb and same Mr Deb transfer me gtb nagar branch and said I First enroll here for ICCA then convert into ICCP . IIHT Gtb Nagarbranch said you can take money from noida i.e 15000 and deposit here then we transfer you. IF IIHT is different for all branch then i think they play with IIHT Name Brand and Student Fees and Carrier . I am damm Serious and i have all the copies of deposit sleep and please take serious action for this problem. Why me suffer for two centers problem, Gtb Nagar said we are individual and we don't take any transfer . I believe in IIHT Name but I think its a big game to make students false commitment and play with their money .If the problem will not sort out then i have to go consumer court and Gtb nagar branch delhi Head Tarun Pilani used abusive language and said i am big lawyer and no one have guts for doing anything against me because he is lawyer and said me that i can go to any office or police station he will not scare by anyone. Please take this very seriously .
