Iim Cat — Emailed several times to the Cat Helpdesk but did not receive any reply for the same

I had my Cat exam in the 1st slot. My centre name was Theem college of engineering Boisar. The desktop seemed fine, but after I started the exam the system stopped working due to which I was shifted to another desktop where again the same thing happened, after all this I was finally assigned a desktop . Due to the shifting I missed 2 minutes because the faculty started the system and then called me to sit at that desktop. After all this the mouse was faulty due to which it took a lot of time in even selecting questions . When i complained about this to the authority, he kept on trying different mouse and tried them at an interval of 5 or 10 minutes which took a lot of time due to which I was not able to solve the problem. Finally after all this i was asked to continue with the faulty mouse as the faculty said changing the desktop again could affect the paper in some way .
Due to all this I was hardly able to attempt questions.I had put in a lot of efforts for this CAT attempt . Sot is a humble request that you look into it . And help me with the same.
