IISc — no response regarding my passport visa delivery

Dear madam/sir,

My passport visa from vfs germany tracking id: gebl/020518/0038/01

The contact person called me yesterday. I am not in bangalore. I asked him to give to anirban dutta, to whom i sent my scan copy of passport and identity card via email. The delivery man refused to give. Since yesterday i have been calling him and he is not taking the call. His phone number is: +91 [protected].

I request you to supply my passport to my lab met dr. Anirban dutta or to sscu, iisc office. I have sent the receipt of my vfs visa charge document and it will reach them by monday.

I will be extremely thankful if you can help us to get the pass port asap.

I could not reach customer care the server is busy. I called[protected] several times, no response. I want to know where it is right now.
