IIT KANPUR FOR GATE 2015 — money not refunded

I had registered for Gate 2015 online (http://gate.iitk.ac.in/GATE2015/). My enrolment ID is G587T31 and registered email id is ayushtripathi.[protected]@yahoo.com . I tried paying my application fee using debit card (Bank of India) on 12th October. The transaction process failed 2 times deducting a total amount of 3025.50 (1512.75 x 2). It was published on website that starting from 21st October, money will refunded. It has been 30days since deduction, and still the money is not refunded. I have tried calling on the number provided on website many times, but there was no response. Kindly see into the matter and please refund the money at the earliest.
