[Resolved]  IIT — reservation certificates made even in creamy layer!

what nonsense is this...in my area ..even though a huge portion of people belong to the creamy layer, , , but still manage to get fake reservation certificates made.Their is no higher authority to check its validity.people are getting into iits just by a meagre show of certificate.the desrved candidates thus opt for other private deemed colleges.is that what our education system meant for.Thus we want to get their certificates tested through the fathers pan card no.(whether they fall in the creamy layer or not)
