Dear Team,

Kindly take this up with the highest priority to action. This company shows the ads on social media and asking money to customers for the product and then no product is getting delivered from this company. When you ask for your money back they say we will return it but they never return the money.

I am in contact with this person name called Madhu kiran. This guy is running this fraud company and showing ads on Facebook by fake ads to attract customers. This guy keeps promising me to return my money for 3 months, I am really fed up with this company and follow up with this guy. I would request kindly take this matter to settle the issue.
Hyderabad based company named IKART DIGITAL took project from us and we signed a agreement but after waiting for almost 6 months
the Company failed to deliver the product on every date, on every date he made a new excuse and we have fallen prey to that excuse.
But we always paid that company on time
And yes it is also true that in the middle of 2 months due to corona, company did not work on our app. Nor did we ask him to do
But as soon as the situation was the normal, we contacted that company or gave money the second installment of our money, and he told us that he have started the work, since till now you he lied about our project and play with our mental condition,
He made us believe that he will give us our project on time and after that we started our advertising campaign and spent a lot money on that but in the end he, again betrayed us and make new excuses, and may be he started to work on our projects since last 10 days That too after sending legal notice, and after that again he give us new date but this time he signed a contract with us that, "if you didn't deliver our project on given date" then you have to pay 1, 60, 000 and yes he signed it, but again when dates came closer he again tried to make excuses but this time after suffering alot we quit this project and after taht when we demand out componsation amount that we already mentioned in out agreement, but he refused to give us and each and single day he makes new excuses
