IKY Technosoft pvt ltd, Jaipur(Mansarovar) is a big fraud company.They take big amount from B.tech or diploma freshers.The amount is rs.20, 000 by cash or cheque, the amount is taken for 1 year bond and in the bond paper they wrote that security will be refundable after one year.After fulfill my documentation i give them a cheque of rs.20, 000. after that they give me a Appointment letter and joining date is 28th September 2015.So at that particular day i go there and wait 2hours inside the company.after that they tell me to go Sasaram, Bihar and from the first day my salary is increased from 10, 000 to 11, 500. i go there and they involved me in the project of R-APDRP.in this way 80days left but they dont pay me any amount in this way after completion of 5 months i come back in the company office and asked for salary.and they give me a cheque of Rs. 24, 662 .but after 2 days i got a phone call from state bank of india that your cheque is not cleared because of insufficient balance and Rs.172 is debited from my account because that was a account payable cheque.in this way they cheated with everyone. company director name-1. The complaining candidates are Bengali they not even understand the language hindi aur english as they are saying this is a service provider company the payments issues are there because they are dependent on the another organization they are providing services to company has the term and conditions to fill the documentation bond aur money bond as the candidate choice but these students facing backs in there degree so at the time of joining they fold there hands and promise company management to work there best but they are lack of attendance and working too after company fired them they gave the call to director sir and use abusing language so company hold all there all payment please don't listen person like them

First of all we are all Indian and it is a democratic country, so don't command with any religion.If we use abusing language then why company give us salary cheque ? This is totally wrong information, and from the first to last semester we have no backlog in any subject and it proves that they give wrong information about us.Because the company is like a cheat fund.

And all the newly placed engineers in IKY Technosoft, I know u guys really wants to know about the company. But the reality is that that the company is a complete fraudster, me too was just about to became the next victim, but anyhow I survived. Please please please don't get trapped.

yes its a democratic company but in this democratic country if your working in a different state you to be intelligent to do a smart work these guy don't know how to speak english aur hindi language as iky is rajasthan based company so we only deals in english aur hindi language only for those people who understand our language its easy to work with us and those who don't understand us like these guys never know who to work with the organization .. and when the talk is about agreement we don't force any buddy to sign agreement with us they have there own choice to sign a agreement with us after that these ill iterated people don't know how to react with there seniors they get there payment by check but due to there misbehaver they get punished

As an a example this ayush is placed in jecrc udml in a campus drive this person have a joining on 1th of july 2016 and just see when he file the complain now as per the agreement if someone find to spread a rumors against company there employment is cancelled and he aur she don't have any kind of dues towards us ..
now this person say this is fraud ... we are only responsible for that we says to candidates but we are not responsible for that candidates assume aur things about us ...

guys as per the company is concern company is consists more the 100 employs in rajasthan zone and on a working note company is deal in telecom sector we are attaching the pics of our site engineer yes its true company has the one year service contract but its on a choice of candidate only weather he prefer on original documentation or money bond as the candidates having back logs they prefer only money bond and company has there particular reason as these telecom or other technical project is difficult on working part candidates on independent part (without service contract ) refused to work on site era after training is completed because higher company pay them more to work for there organisation . IKY starting package is 1.8 to 2.5 lpa, and if you want your bond refunded before one year company took at least 6 month to refund your bond money . we are attaching some pics of our engineer, agreement, and lots more about aur 200000 crore project and after that i think you guys never trust such type of complains ...

thank you guys i thought that i will join this company but i still now this is totally fraud company because he was taking to me security money and one year bond and amount is 20, 000/ after you have join so this is not a company policy .
Its really a froad company. Qnd they all are playing with the future of students. Why are not taking any action for both man? Amar yadav(ranjvijay singh fb name), ippan yadav(suneel yadav). Ye dono milkar india ki trip pe nikalkar fresherko fasate hai or unse paise ki demand karte hai. Or joining dekar un students ko waiting list me dal dete hai. Maine fir likha di hai 4 logo ke khilaf mansarover thane me. Aditya yadav, amar yadav, ippan yadav, raghuveer singh. Or please koi inke khilaf action lo nahi to kabhi koi fresher in sb ke chakkaar me padkar suicidebhi kar skata hai.
