Illegal Costruction — illegal construction

Dear sir
I am a delhi resident reside at rz-c-19 dabri extn. East, new delhi-110059. This residential building was constructed keeping in mind four floors only i. E upper ground floor, first, second and third floor by a private builder on an existing structure, during april 2017.

Sir, here i like to bring to your kind notice that the owner of top floor is erecting a structure on the roof which is illegal and i feel it is dangerous to other bulding occupants and neighbours as well because the building underneath may not be able to bear the load of expanded structure and collapes.

I request you kindly intervention to stop the ongoing costruction work at the above address at earliest.
