Illegal Hunters — Illegal gas filling

I want to post a complaint over illegal use of domestic cylinder to fill small cylinders. Here in Baljeet Nagar, road no.20. The owner of this house “Pushpender Kumar Gupta ” has made a shop outside and illegally purchases LPG domestic cylinders daily and fills small cylinders of 4 kg capacity. There is a man iand other suppliers also supply Indian and bharat gas cylinders to him. There is an open ground, kids school, tuition where small children are always playing studying around there. It’s also very hazardous & dangerous to all neighborhood. he did mistakes 2 times in gas filling. Sir, I only want to inform you before it’s too late and request you to take action as soon as possible. With Thank,
