This is bring to you kind notice that proper owner of Chanchal Jain W/O Mukesh Jain, R/O 479, Mahalaxmi Society, Circular Road, Shahdara Delhi 110032 that property of 4th floor unauthorized construction that building have already Ground Floor, 1st Floor, 2nd Floor, and 3rd Floor old constructed. As far as this is total illegal construction and there is no MAP sanction by MCD.
Therefore, I request you kindly take necessary action immediately and stop the construction. Also enclosed the photo of illegal construction.
