Illegal Parking — A four wheeler car is parked in front of my tea shop

s.v road bandra west. next to hp petrol pump. in front of tea shop and PWD BUNGLOW. in between kondaji building and PWD BUNGLOW

At bandra s. v road a white four wheeler car is parked illegally.
it is in very front of tea shop and PWD BUNGLOW GATE. it is disturbing my shop as well as walking people on road as well the PWD residents. causing chaos and traffic.
