Illegal Parking — Illegal parking in front of my house in the street of our colony

Hi, I am a resident of H.No. RZ-1172, street No. 5/5, Main Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046. Since last two months, every day, I have been facing an issue of smooth exit and entry of my car from my parking garage as there is a Maruti Wagon R (Reg No. DL 9CAM 1216) parked in front of my house. This car belongs to Mr S S Tanwar, the owner of H.No. RZ-1156, street No. 5/5, Main Sagarpur, New Delhi-110046, his house is opposite to my house and the car is parked whole day there only. I am a scientist in ICMR and have to attend my office everyday in my car, but his wagon R car obstructs the exit and entry of my parking lot. I have requested him several times to arrange a paid parking for him or construct a parking lot in his house but he refused to do so. Please take necessary action against this illegal parking.
