Illegal Pg — PG owner not returning security deposit

Hi, please help me. I am pregnant. I stayed in pg in gurgaon from last dec, 2019 to mar, 2020. During covid situation, i shifted to my home in 18, mar, 2020. I paid to my owner april rent and i gave a notice to my owner in april to leave the pg in may. But she did not refund my security money.
She is running illegal pg and harassed to the pg girls. She doesn’t provide a document regarding the rent or security. I noticed in one-month advance but she did not return my security money. Pg collecting fee during covid-19 quarantine days even we were not stayed there. And i paid april rent and shifted my stuff in may, 2020 still she is not returning my security money.
Please take action on this situation.in this pandemic situation she asked to pay rent without stay
