ILS Hospital — Irresponsible and money making business

Address:Kolkata, West Bengal

This is to informed the public in general what we faced while my mother was admitted for a mild stroke however due to negligence behavior of the hospital staff and the doctor concerned. We shifted her to Institute of neurosciences kolkata hospital on 11th Aug 2015 and now she is fine . Below are the key pointers which will reveal you abut the ruthless behavior 1. No support from the hospital for information abut the patient. when we called up the patient was not feeling well than to we were informed that patient in stable 2. No doctors punctuality. Dr moumita bagchi was the doctor of my mother but she was not on time and not even was ready to speak abut patient when we were called up the doctor she informed she is stable 3. No proper response from hospital staff and nurses. The patient was not well on 2nd day after we admitted (10th Aug 2015) but we were informed that she is well even the hospital staff are behaving rough manner. 4. Uneducated doctors, staff and nurses. The atmosphere in ICU is like a fish market were they keep on shouting and no care of patient. 5. Creating communication gap between the patient and doctors attendant. The next 2 days doctor even not ask to patient abut her health only the nurses are attending the patient without doctors prescribe. 6. On 3rd Day from 1.30 AM TO 4.30 AM the patient was hurted many time in right hand to make a channel and when the nurses are failed to do so they banded my mother hand like a plaster. The next day when my wife visit in hospital she asked the nurses abut the same they mentioned they dont know abut the banded. 7. We also faced issue while discharge as per doctor the patient should get release by 12 pm but till 2.30 pm the patient was not released. Overall the worst hospital ever seen and the money making business is going. Within 48 hurs the bill rises rs 69000. The wrong information abut the diagnoses given by doctors. The day before we discharged the patient doctor moumita bagchi was behaved very rudely manner and even informed nurses that stop all modes of medical treatment. The security incharge of ICU Mr. Dipankar biswas was making fun of patient and talking all bad abut visitors. Request you to take a strict action abut the same. Contact no:- [protected]
