Im Residencing At Rgm Marudam Nagar Kavundampalayam — dog nuisance

There are 6 dogs which is owned by a owner without licenses and they keep barking and very violent in nature trying to bite everyone who crosses this way
Not even the house owner near by can live in peace they all trying to bite them as well as their children there are around 10 children under the age of 10 and we complain to this person and he did take any control measures and night time due this dog keep barking we not able to sleep peace fully
Please help us and solve this problem as soon as possible
