Imarticus Learning — fraud

This is regarding the initial payment that i have made (10k) for data scientist course at imarticus.
It has been almost 2 month since i made the payment and had gone through so many issues and inconvenience which i discussed with you today and which is why i want to take my name of the list and want my money back.

As you said, i have mentioned each of the issue that i have come across.

1. Neither explain the policy of non-re-funds and non-transferable policy at the time of course understanding nor at the time of payment.
2. Unsatisfying response from the sr. Manager when i ask for imarticus alumni reference.
3. False promises on study material access.
4. No response on call neither on whatsapp number that they provided.
5. Fake promises admin payment receipt. (Sr. Manager said receipt will be generated on the bench launch, which was not the case)
6. Didn't inform the bench time changes untill i personally go to class and ask for the status. No mail circulate (I went to office probably more 7 to 8 times for updates)

All the above points would be so frustrating for any of the student who willing to join the course. And either way it spoil the image of imarticus as well.

I hope you understand my situation and escalate the same issue and help me to get my money back.
