Imarticus Learning — Regarding my refund

I found out about imarticus online and was interested in their web development course, so I got in touch with someone named chaithra from there. She required me to pay 10, 000 rupees out of the total fee of 90, 000. After that, I called chaithra, but she didn't answer for two days. When someone from imarticus answered, they said chaithra had left the company. Later, when I called to inquire about the date and timing of the course they didn't answer the phone a few days later they told me the batch will start in 21st January.
They started acting as if they didn't even care after I paid them 10, 000. I tried calling them, but they didn't pick up. I messaged them instead, but they didn't even respond to the message they had seen on WhatsApp. They then informed me that the batch had been postponed to January 27. Since I am from Kerala and arrived in Bangalore on that date for the course, I called them on January 27 to inquire about the timing numerous times before they finally picked up. They then informed me that the batch has been rescheduled for February 7. I went to the institute and was told that I had received an email notifying me of the postponement. In truth, the evening of January 27—the day the batch was meant to begin—I got their email. What sort of absurdity is this. They contacted me a few days before March 7th to let me know that the batch had been again delayed, this time until March. I decided not to continue with their program and asked for a refund because it appears like they are trolling us.
They advised me to mail a woman named Manokamana in order to get my money back, so I did. However, let me tell you that she is the worst person there; when I tried to get in touch with her a few days later, she never picked up her phone once and she didn't even respond to the messages I sent her on WhatsApp, acting as if she didn't even care. Eventually, she responded and asked me to send my bank information; however, I waited for a few days now she is completely ignoring.
I enrolled somewhere else, thus I need this refund to pay my fee.
