I had purchased it about 10 months back and had 2 years warranty. It stopped working about a month back and I lodged a complaint. After 4 days someone called me that it has to be brought to service centre 5 kms away. Being 75+ I had to take a cab to go to service centre and leave the Kettle for repair. It took them 8 days to repair and I had to go again to collect it. However it gave way within a day. I have again given it over a week back and waiting for the call to collect.
I have already spent on cab almost the amount for a new kettle. I can't understand if Inalsa is unable to service the customers why they are running the company and putting senior citizens like me in big trouble. Was this information helpful? |
