As the company has no home services so i visited its service centre at Geeta Services service center 110/72 Jawahar Nagar, Kanpur. That man was full in the self proud mode without even once checking the product he told me it will take 2 days to repair the product, it was brand new and i have not used even once so i asked him the what's wrong with the product he started misbehaving that he has a lot of stuff to complete there is no other service center who can fix this so please either handover the product or leave i was furious with such unpleasant behaviour i took the product with me and left the place such a bad experience with the company product and its services.
