Dear Sir/Madom, I have done online banking recharge for my Videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. This recharge has not succeed. but amount of INR :-619.2 is cut from my state bank of India account . I have recharged from debit. My SBI account is showing value date:- 05-Sep[protected]Sep-2019), and narration :- TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments, and Ref/Cheque No.. :[protected]IGAGXZGQV3 and debit :-619.2 is showing in my account. This amount has cut from my SBI account but in my d2h account have not received this money.
