Inb Times Of Money Limited — Refund my money that was deducted from account that try spend in BGMI I haven't received any uc yet

I try to purchase my uc in BGMI on 21 sept 2021. but my money was deducted but i haven't received any uc .when contacted bank they told money was transferred. but i hadn't get the, so i need refund from INB times of of money limited.

.So please need urgent provide my refund money as soon as possible now
