My name is amit kumar r/o delhi having a pan no. Atfpk5310b applied in 2007.In last month i have checked my cibil score then i came to know that in my cibil statement showing an auto loan of rs five lakh. I have found that a person having same name amit kumar lives in ludhiana having same pan no. Atfpk5310b. I have invested and results are that the income tax deptt had issued one pan no to two persons. Now i am facing problems to get a loan but my cibil shows i have already got the loan. By this loan is availed by other person.
Please help me in this matter.
