Poor Customer Service

Our long-awaited luxury vacation in India and Dubai left us with bad memories. We paid "INCREDIBLE HOLIDAY INDIA" and "HTT HOLIDAY" for personalized service and attention to detail. What we got instead was confusion, poor service, and lack of coordination between affiliate offices and tour services. The tour guides in Delhi and Dubai were not courteous.
