Hi, as though the services has been stopped last year, i have no option to watch or switch to other service provider, and they have not even tried to contact me regarding their failure or refund the amount i have opted for 2 years plan and already 2 years completed. BUT NO CONECTION...

I had my two independent tv connections which i bought for 1999 and now as the connection is not working i want my refund please contact me asap...

I have transferred rs 499/- two times to independent tv on 1st march 2018 for installation of their set top box. After nearly 1 year they told that they do not have set top box and they will refund my money. Again after many mail exchange they have refunded me only rs 499 on april 2019. Again after many calls they have assured to refund the another 499/-. But till date nothing happened from their end.br...

Sir mene indipendent tv liya to bola gya ki 1year apko all chanal free milenge lekin sirf 1 weak chala or bahut se chanal band ho gye mene customer care se bhi bat kiya to kuch bataye ni fir mene return ke liye distributer se bola to bole 400 rs mahina ka cut krke return krenge ye to company fraud kr rhi esa company ko band kr dena chahiye customer ko loot rhe apse nivedan h ki mere paise refund krwaye
