We first introduce us, that we are a gated community named India Bulls Greens – and this mail is written by our Association office raising a complaint about your marketing person entered our campus on October 18’2023, without any permission to do door to door campaign enforcing our residents to involve in the activity/ offer given by your team.
As we all know you are a big delivery company doing large chain in of deliveries, your company name should not get spoiled because of such a misbehavior delivery person who enters the gated communities.
We received so many complaints from our residents. Our residents’ safety is priority for us, so strictly we inform your team to give a clear explanation about your marketing person’s entry without permission to do the campaign.
Our Association team has decided to ban/stop your Big basket team entry inside our community and cancel all the subscriptions. Please do reply to the mail immediately from your side.
