I have invested in indiabulls project by doing the initial booking of flat at ncr
In may'2018. While i have been told by the respective bank employee that i will get the home loan 'just like this and it will get approved with in 4-5 days only' such statements was a holy [censored]t.. I provided all the loan eligibility docs in aug'2018 and as on date neither i have received any loan approval letter nor the team indiabulls is responding on the status of my loan application.!!
Since the project belongs to indiabulls only than too not approving the loan not providing any information has made things damn mysterious to me..!
"one most shocking thing is since last month i m writing to the given i'd of indiabulls and have escalated it as well within indiabulls but as on date i have not received a single response in any form from indiabulls."
I am planning to proceed legally if nothing happens within this month as my money is also blocked with them.

So if you are planning to invest in indiabulls project or planning to take loan think as much before taking decision because as understood they are not sensitized yet towards the customer voice / concern..
