India Gifts Mall — Item cancelled and refunded without stating reason

I ordered a deck from IGM and they refunded me the next day of placing the order, without stating any reason, I tried contacting them via Facebook, Whatsapp, mail but to no avail. I wish to know why it happened and if possible I need to order it once again
