[Resolved] India Gifts Mall — Money taken and product not delivered

I purchased rakhi on 21/07/20 to be delivered in canada
I was told it would be delivered within 7-8 days. It is 13 days now and it has not been delivered. I am not able to track the order. No response from their side as well
