As the product is not getting delivered although it was prepaid hence refund for full now and cancel it.Highly disappointing experience
Earlier i got rakhi delivered on the same address without any additional charges .You are doing fraud by not mentioning about this earlier and then asking teh recipient to pay before receiving gift.
