India — I have not received my r.C and permanent number

I have purchased a creta car on[protected] from tapan hundai and they have given delivery from their poanta sahib godown. They have charged rs. 35184/- on dated[protected] against r.C. And number but till date i have not received r.C. And permanent number of my car. The validity of my temporary number has expired on[protected]. When i call the dealership they do not give me satisfied reply.
