India Kids Fashion Show [IKFS] — Demanding more money for show which was further denied

I registered for my 2 kids for the audition of 10th show which was in offer that if my child is not selected then I'll get refund for the same. Due to health issues one child could not attend the audition so they asked me to give online audition for him., but still I m not informed about the dates and they have their show on 15th October.
My 2nd child is selected and now they are asking me more money which is 13570/- rs about which I was said earlier that no further charges will be taken. I want my amount to be refunded.
